After combing thru the ebay fee tutorials and speaking to a 'live' ebay representative who just wanted to repeat the same bumbo over and over, I am frustrated and would like an answer to the ebay fee policy. It seemed pretty straight forward that you are charged an insertion fee based on the starting bid price PLUS an additional fee based on the reserve price. Why was I charged the reserve fee 2X?
