This 16 inch tall vase is fairly heavy glass, and has been painted on the inside - the floral details are molded, not applied. I have other clear glass items that are painted on the inside, and wonder what this treatment is called - not goofus glass. Can anyone suggest who made this big vase (much bluer than the photo loads, for some reason), and when, maybe a guess at value? Many thanks for all the help this board gives me, Liz.
