Is this Van Briggle ashtray authentic? If so, how old? And would I be right in guessing that the name on the ashtray was probably something that was done for tourists as a souvenir of their trip to the factory? Or.....? (Sorry for the photo quality.....the ashtray is gloss black with some white where the cigarettes rest...and I had a tough time getting a good shot of the bottom....can try again later if necessary): TIA!
