I have been packing pottery and glass items for my husband's ID and mine for the last three years. We use USPS priority mail boxes, bubble wrap, and peanuts. Since January, I have had 3 buyers contact me that their items arrived totally broken. I do not understand what I could be suddenly doing wrong. Do you have any suggestions for me?
