I know it is 40s, but more early or more late? And what do you call this waist treatment? I have never encountered it before. And would you say these pockets are 'saddlebag pockets'? Also, I could not find the matching skirt to it (if there was one), but is that really a big deal? Will it still sell pretty good without it, cuz I figure it is prettier with a solid black skirt anyways? Thanks guys!
