Hi, has anyone ever seen Libbey tumblers like this? Link The blue/green coating is layered on and very volcanic looking with lots of bubbles. I found one at an estate sale one day and the other at another estate sale a week later and I was intrigued! Here's a close up of the finish. Link It looks like some sort of plastic.
