Thank you for taking a look at this interesting ruffle top glass vase. Similar to pieces I've seen referred to as Bristol Glass, this one is heavily painted, the white flowers are almost globby! Terrible dirty pontil and faint small signature in blue looks like CC. Any ideas on the maker or color name?
