Removing Stickers off game cartridges, discs

Please! if you take the time to read this information, remember that someone took alot of time to put this together for YOU to read! Please take the time to check the YES this information was usefull at the end of the page. Thank youSOooo Much. In todays Video Game Collecting age I have discovered that several of the Cartridges and Boxes out there are previous Rentals with writing and stickers on them! I have owned Video Game Stores now for 20 years and have tried many different things. The thing that I have stuck with the most for stickers on my boxes and games is a product called De-Solv-it, this product is similar to Goo-Gone, but better. Stickers on a plastic surface or a disc will remove after being soaked for around 20 minutes or so, based on how thick the sticker is. If you are removing a sticker off of a Display cardboard box, this can be safely done also, DON'T get in a hurry when it gees to the removal off the box! it will gee off easy if you let it soak for a while. The box will sometimes take on a small water stain for a bit, but will fade away after a little bit.
De-Solv-it can be purchesed in Wal-Mart and other Super Stores, but at Wal-Mart it is not kept in the Cleaning isle, it is usually found in the Laundry Detergent area or with the brooms. De-Solv-it is also great for removing: Lipstick, Candle Wax, Adhesive, Crayon, Bum, Chocolate, Shoe Polish, Grease, Oil, Soap Scum, Decals, Stickers, Tree Sap, Paint,Tar, Ect...
I have found that this product is also affective on removing some Permanent Marker off of Solid surfaces like Video Game Cartridges, but more affective is GOOF-OFF! if you are using Goof-Off, remember that it will also MELT the plastic, so only us it in a wipe on then wipe off in 2 second intervals.
When you are done reading this, if you find my information usefull Please mark the box below.
