How to spot authentic True Religion Jeans

My Brother and I are a fan of authentic denim and have found okay to be a good way to obtain designer jeans for less. We have received many great deals, but at the same time we have also been fooled with fakes. I'm putting together a guide so people don't have to deal with the headaches we've had to deal with:

How to spot an authentic pair of True Religion Jeans, so that you don't have to deal with bringing them into your home:

1) The first way to see if a pair of True Religion Jeans are authentic or not is by reviewing all the tags and seeing if they all say True Religion. This may seem obvious; however, many times sellers take blurred pictures as the jeans may resemble TR jeans but in reality are obvious fakes.

2) Check all the buttons and hardware. True Religion jeans use shiny nickel buttons on the zipper and on the pockets that will say True Religion Brand Jeans, the other buttons will be made of a semi-shiny copper material that says circularly says T R B J. Many FAKES MAY HAVE THE CORRECT writing, but may be made out of the wrong cheaper material such as plastic or very dull metals.

3) Check the inner tag...some True Religion jeans have micro stitching so if that feature is available in the model you are currently looking at then see if the inner tag contains micro stitching, but make sure as TR recently started adding this feature to prevent frauds, but of course as the Diesel Micro stitching people have started making fake TR micro stitching

4) Check the pockets from the inside to see prints of Buddha playing guitar on the inside.

5) gepare the quality of the jean to others same models found on okay as well as on the TR website. This way you will be able to know the subtle nuances of a copy.

6) FEEL FREE TO ASK THE SELLER ALL QUESTIONS. Ask the seller if the jeans are 100% authentic money back guarantee and where the individual received the jean from. Tell them that you own many pairs, regardless if you truly do and you have experience with the jean so if they are anything but authentic to save both of you the hassle of returning them. Say FULL money back gaurantee based upon authenticity

7) Buy from a responsible seller. Check the person's feedback to see if they have sold similar products in the past few FEEDBACKS particularly the jean that you are looking at. See what other people had to say, if a person questions the authenticity of the seller chances are he may not have changed his ways.

8) Take your time and do your research. Though you think you maybe saving hundreds of dollars purchasing a jean right away on okay there may still be a good chance that it is a cheap fake. Get to know the model you are looking for by either looking it up on okay and the TR website or even better seeing it in person.

9) Don't worry about saving a few extra bucks and going with an unreliable seller. You're already saving hundreds of dollars so don't risk obtaining a cheap imitation.

10) Find good sellers and stick with them. Add them to your favorite sellers list, so that in the future you may want to buy something from them and can trust them.
