ringers bidding to raise the bid.

i have been bidding on a particular item that has few bids. when i bid, some one will out bid me. this person has no profile. all zeros with no feed back info. they usually are a member of less than 30 days. it is either the owner of the product are a friend. this is also how they retain their product if it is a no reserve item. the sell it to their self and try to get a better price. no reserve items should go to the highest legal bidder with out gepeting with the seller. iquit bidding when i see this happening and dont visit their web sites.
